What’s your signature dish?
I have a few. Rack of Lamb with a Dijon mustard Crust and demil glace
Miso marinated samon on Cedar planks, Chicken or veal milanese with tri color salad
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I send out a master menu and then we discuss what they like and we build upon that
If you cant find the right dish and have something in mind Im more than happy to make it for you.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking and making the food look beautiful. The reaction of the client being happy and enjoying themselves also brings a smile to my face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
organically through word of mouth people starting calling me. At that point I knew I could make something from this idea

No, Im afraid not.I can work with you on your menus remotely But have to be there to cook unless youd like a drop off.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Weve all taken our shots and boosters and when there was a mandate for masks we of course obided by those guidelines

My specialty is parties. Dinner Parties Cocktail Parties brunches, & lunches. We'll develop a custom menu just for you. I arrive with the food and make the whole experience stress free.
