Excellent dog day care and boarding. They always ensure vaccines are up to date, and have even taken one of our dogs to the vet during a long stay when he got an eye infection. Love this place. Our dogs get super excited when they realize they are going. They also seem to genuinely love our dogs, which makes my heart smile. Very fair pricing. Excellent staff. Dog training is also top notch. My 3 dogs love JSP. They walk right in like they are going to a party. I never worry about them when I am away from home because I know they are getting excellent care . During the hurricane I could not get back to Jacksonville from NC and they kept in constant contact with me and made sure my dogs were safe. My boy Rocco got to try out Jet Set Pets on a 2 night stay. He had so much fun and was so tired when I brought him back home haha! I get a little nervous and worried when boarding and don't do so unless I absolutely have to but as soon as I walked into the lobby, I felt completely at ease and welcomed. I looked forward to the report cards every night! They were so thorough and included lots of pictures of Rocco & his new friends. I added the "cuddle time" service to his first night and he got extra cuddle time, belly rubs, and story time. They took a video and it was the cutest thing ever. Our puppy had the time of his life at jet set pets! We were so worried about leaving him for the first time, but they took the absolute best care of him. Every night we were so excited to see his report card with pictures of him playing with other dogs, and videos of him being read a bedtime story with belly rubs (highly recommend spending the extra money per night if your puppy loves cuddles and attention!). It was his first time with a big group socializing, so they also do a great job making sure your dog and others are compatible to play together to keep them happy and safe. Chanin is great. She helped Kane and Delta for 3 long weeks of training. Kane was a bit of a challenge due to his not so happy prior homes. Delta is a big lover. Big is the key word. He hangs on our every-word until he sees a bike or cars. He gets so excited he wants to say hi. He is much better now and lunging has subsided. The boys are doing good the first week at home. Our next group session is Saturday and we are eagerly waiting to learn more as pet parents to help our boys stay on point. More...

We took our two dogs to Jet Set Pets for the first time for an extended stay this past week. Not only were they happy, healthy and loved on while we were gone but when we received the nightly report card with pictures, it made me feel so much better about being away from them! I have taken my dog to several doggy daycares in Jax and this is by far the BEST! The staff and venue are fabulous! I will never take my dog anywhere else for daycare or boarding. 10/10 recommend!

Jet Set Pets is awesome! My dog, Launi, was exhausted for days after coming home from a weekend with them. Every night she stayed, we received a report card with pictures and how she was doing. I felt very at ease leaving Launi with them, knowing she was in excellent hands. Also, I was late to pick her up, and they were very accommodating and understanding. Clean, professional, and I trust these people. When hurricane Dorian was a threat, they initiated and brought our dog to another kennel as we were hiking in Montana without cell or internet service. Woody loves JSP! In fact, you can't say the word "camp" in our house or he goes crazy! "Hey Woody, want to go to camp?" I’m beyond critical when it comes to who I trust with my doggos. The staff at Beaches Jet Set Pets have far surpassed anything I could ever expect when it comes to care and hospitality. Their professionalism, empathy, and communication reaffirmed this throughout the stay. When I found myself in over my head with a rescue, their off-leash training camp saved my sanity and has been pinnacle in ensuring that Moose has the happy, connected life my boy deserves! Our dog Rusty loved being at Jet Set Pets for his boarding . Rusty had the patio suite.He enjoyed lots of one on one time with the staff and some time with a small group of up to four dogs to play with. He also enjoyed his bedtime bone. I just can't say enough about Beaches Jet Set Pets boarding, training and especially Chanin (pronounced Shannon)! Best. Trainer. Ever! (Not exaggerating.) The whole team is absolutely amazing actually. The facility is beautiful and clean. I felt good about leaving them there for boarding. They have a cool day care program, too. I love walking up when they're playing classical music throughout the facility (I assume it's to calm the dogs; that's what we do at home). They have a great place indoors for training sessions (but training is done both in- and outdoors for walks). They have several options for training and the program is well-defined. We put our 16-week old puppy through the puppy program (so worth it!) and our 8-YEAR-old mini schnauzer through the basics program (yes - she had no home training, y'all). The results - phenomenal. The best part...it's not just the dogs that get trained; the dog parents/owners do, too. You learn to keep it cool and how to really work with your dog to set expectations. It works! Chanin is the best about answering any question you may have. She's ridiculously cool in every way possible and someone I always look forward to seeing in my day. We get so many compliments on how well behaved our Weim puppy is. People are truly amazed by him. Seriously, all the credit goes to Beaches Jet Set Pets for standing up great training programs, being flexible and putting the right people in place to do an amazing job.Additional info for those who want to read on: We found Jet Set when we were looking for a training program for our Weim puppy. For those that don't know, raising a Weim puppy is serious business and so training is critical to creating a happy home with one. We also have a mini schnauzer and 3 cats! (Don't believe me about Weimaraners? Look 'em up. It's a no-joke breed.) We've experienced other training programs with other dogs that have honestly not given the results we expected. It's little things, like walking the dog without feeling like they're walking you, don't bark or jump on guests entering the home, don't bark at everyone walking by you on the street, don't destroy the house, don't freak out when we leave or enter the house, when it's time to be calm - be calm, when it's time to release excess energy - go crazy, don't surf the counters (applies to the Weim), don't chase the cats (applies to the Weim), stay in the boundaries I give you when it's needed - in other words, stay out of my dinner plate!...and other basic courtesies like that. I kid you not, our dogs are amazing. Chanin has continued to lead us through the process giving full disclosure for every stage of their life stage and what we should expect around rebellion, behavior and how to correct it appropriately, which is always calmly and not harsh. Same with our 8-yr-old who is rather set in her ways. Chanin has been very transparent with expectations with both dogs which has been super helpful. She's hands on and applies the same training discipline to her own dogs (who are super impressive). So, why are you still reading this? Go call them right now and get your puppies and dogs signed up! We love Jet Set Pets!! We have two decent size dogs and they always make sure they have plenty of room when staying with them. The great experience starts when you walk through the door! They know our pups by name and get so excited to see them. The staff is so great about taking pictures and notes each day to put into a report card for us to view. We also appreciate that when the staff calls during a visit, they always start with “This is Jet Set, your pups are ok...”, which immediately puts your mind at ease. The only wish we had for Jet set is they would expand so our pups could spend more days there! We love Jet Set! Our 6 year old Harper recently spent a couple of weeks at Jet Set Pets for some work on bad habits she had developed. Harp had some dog aggression that Chanin worked on and also some issues with walking on leash. Chanin gave us many tips that have helped Harp to become a more manageable pooch, and not such a Diva. I especially appreciate what I call “Chaninisms” which are dog trainer terms but explained in a way that the average person can relate.
