Our team believes that people have the ability to cope with painful emotions, to grow, and heal.
Our team consists of compassionate and talented therapists. We offer therapeutic services for adolescents and teens through older adults. Areas of expertise include, but are not limited to: anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, stress, low self esteem, hoarding/clutter, and aging related concerns.
