BCCO NYC - I discovered BCCO in a last minute search to get some hats printed for my daughters college event.   I found them on YELP and was corresponding with a few groups to see who could fulfill my last minute request.  BCCO's team was very responsive and immediately made me feel they actually could get the hats printed in no time and shipped overnight to Providence.   They also allowed time to see proofs, had color recommendations and really put me at ease.   They then delivered a really cool hat that EVERYONE LOVED.   So a huge thanks to Danni and Yianni and the rest of the amazing team at BCCO.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. We found these guys on Yelp and were not disappointed.  We were working on a rush job for a project with a 2 or 3 day deadline for custom t-shirts and we were so lucky to be assigned to Danny who was truly amazing. Danny worked very patiently with us to make sure we had the exact product we wanted and when we couldn't find the style and material of t-shirt we were looking for he literally took the shirt off his own back to see if that style would be better for us. (It was - the t-shirt he was wearing was the one we ended up ordering in bulk).Danny understood our project instantly, solved our problems quickly and very creatively and when it came time to pick up the finished shirts and there was a small issue with the colors being slightly faded on one of our styles, Danny scrambled to fix the problem by personally hand presssing decals over some of the shirts on a rush basis to make sure we had the best product possible and met our deadline. The customer service here in general was excellent (including the receptionist who was also very helpful and kind) but it was Danny who epitomized the "going the extra mile" -- or even 10 miles -- rule of exceptional customer service.  Thank you BCCO and thank you Danny -- we will be back! The BEST place to get a heat transfer! I spoke with Danny at about 6pm the night before I needed a bulk order of heat transfers. Not only was he polite and calm, but he was helpful and ensured me that I would have them next day with no problem. He was the best person I have dealt with in this industry and I will be using BCCO NYC every time forever because of this experience.I was in desperate need for a the labels in order to complete a bulk production for a client.Their rush order pricing was really not bad and they were finished TWO HOURS before he told me it would be ready. One of tha best places i ever found by random on Google and still go to up to today one of my favorite spots.tha security downstairs his friendly and cool. Yianni is tha best in that place and since they moved from tha 4th floor down to tha 3rd floor they are doing even bigger and great things .i bin getting my stuff printed from them lots of years now , tha staff is cool and it is a chill spot no one is fighting , no one is complaining u will never have a upset customer like that because it doesn't exist .if Yianni is reading this all i can say is WAS UP MY DAWG  , is basically like family wen u need stuff printed for anything they can make it happen , if i can help and make my logos with BCCO i would take tha job in a heartbeat no questions asked overall bring ur butt to BCCO u will never regreat it . I had ordered shirts from another service more than a month in advance. 3 days before the event, they cancelled and said my order was too small for them to fill. I called BCCO and they walked me through the process, gave me options and helped me make my design look best. My Dad is a 92-year-old Army Veteran and I wanted to get him a tee shirt for Christmas to celebrate that fact. I went to the VA Hospital Gift Shop, but they didn't have one. So I did a Google search and found BCCO. I visited their pleasant office and was immediately helped by the lovely, talented Sheila. We came up with a unique, one-of-a-kind design that I know Dad will LOVE -- I can't wait to give it to him!!! My first time using BCCO NYC was a year ago, for a custom tiger print on a tank top I purchased. It was a special design, made to glow in the dark after being exposed to sunlight for a period of time. I couldn't believe the speed and perfection of the design given the short turnaround! I was very pleased with the results, and I still use the tank top which has held up pretty well with continued use. I used them again recently for another tank top print, this time for a Dominican flag. I was pleased yet again, the design came out perfectly printed and ready to wear within a couple of days. I am planning to use them again for a new design I want printed on a polo shirt. I contacted Yianni who is always friendly and professional. I don't plan on using anyone else. Highly recommended! I reached out to these guys for a large, 600+ t-shirt order for an upcoming work event. We had two different designs, each on two different color t-shirts, in sizes ranging from baby/kids to XXL! They were obviously busy so we got passed around from point person to point person at first -- but once Danny was on our account, he took amazing care of us!!! After we sent him our designs, he got the proofs done for us quickly and was able to add things to our order last minute. We were able to pay the invoices online and do everything by email. They turned them around in 10 business days. The t-shirts came out amazing and the shirts themselves were so soft and high quality. I was worried that the QR codes we included in our design might not come out right on the shirt, but thanks to the level of detail, it worked perfectly. When I went to pick them up they were all boxed up and one of the BCCO guys helped us take them down in the elevator and pack them in the car. Really appreciated it!Would highly recommend! More...

I have been to BCCO twice and they are awesome!! Both jobs I had done last minute and they totally accommodated me (2 t-shirts once and 1 tank top another time). Yes, their prices have increased but really BCCO is a top notch operation. Thank you!I've previously had really exceptional experiences with BCCO, but after my last visit I don't think I can go back. They do a great job and I do really like their staff, but suddenly their prices are astronomical. I just wanted text on some tank tops (which I bought myself) and for 5 lines of text on the front they charged $20- ok fine. Then for one line of text on the bottom they charged an additional $10. PHENOMENAL WORK and CUSTOMER SERVICE!! For the 3rd year in a row, I am about to contact BCCO NYC to create and print charity t-shirts for a special race/walk event that my family participates in annually. My 1st experience was in 2016 and from the beginning with speaking to Sheila & Yianni, everything was stellar. Danny was my main contact with creating the shirt and he was EXTREMELY PATIENT with my multiple questions & tweaks from never having created a custom shirt before. Danny actually personally delivered the shirts to my apt because they finished printing late and we happened to live in the same neighborhood. Upon realizing that they accidentally forgot to print something on the shirt sleeves, Danny immediately brought the shirts back to their shop to rectify (on a Friday night!). And Dimitri hand-delivered the updated shirts back to my building the next morning. I was quite impressed with how quickly and smoothly they handled everything.Last year (2017), I worked solely with Dimitri and I received the same excellent service that he and everyone else provided previously. I had many questions about the availability of specific shirt brands, colors, and sizes. BCCO was able to deliver on incredible service at the very last second! I was in complete panic mode for a project that had a hard same-day deadline. Where on earth does next hour printing exist in this city?! At BCCO!Arthur eased my panic and tension over the phone and was extremely welcoming in getting me to stop by in-person. I'm so glad I did because I was able to get specialty 1-on-1 design attention from Sig while understanding pricing/inventory selection from Yianni himself!! I love these dudes so much I am writing them my very first Yelp review!Amazing job on a crazy turnaround time. I emailed BCCO late one night about getting some shirts printed for a friend's engagement party and they got back to me immediately with a quote. I needed the shirts printed and delivered to me within 2.5 days and BCCO handled it, no problem. Reilly was great and communicative, checking in with me on timing, artwork placement, and payment, and the shirts arrived the day I needed them (even a few hours earlier than expected!).
