The owner, Joel, is serious about his craft. He doesn't just cook a meal and/or provides a plate of ribs to a customer.
No he provides his patrons with a dish that give them an experience where their palate will take them to a place that reminds them of those down home backyard cookouts with the aunts, cousins, grandma, and grandpa, that has the southern soul food, aroma, and tast too it. You can see that by him getting up early in the morning and staying up late getting his meat prepared that he wants to provide the best meal for his patrons.

Ribs, because of the attention to detail with the spices, and the balance it creates to the meat.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
By asking the right questions, every menu is created for the clients taste in mind. By listening to what the clients needs are, food recommendations according to there taste. Working with the clients, their ideas, there wants, which makes them happy, and also coming back for more.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating the most out of my food, by trying different ideas, different techniques, making customers happy, seeing the joy they experience when they eat my food. The best joy you receive is when a regular customer comes back, and tells you how much they love you food, and hasnt had good bbq in a long time, but now you are there go to chef.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been motivated to be my own boss, and direct my own destiny, and have the freedom to create, and grow as a person. Its not for everyone, its hard work, but the reward is so worth it.
Why should our clients choose you?
My food is the freshest, our service is second to none, our attention to detail, menus selection, dates, times, locations, all matter. We focus on our service, and how the the client can rest assured that when they select BBQ EXPRESS YOSELF, they need not worry, their event is good hands.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear mask to cover our faces at all times, the use of disposable gloves, sanitizing the work station at all times with the proper sanitizer, maintaining 6 feet apart using social distancing requirements that the State requires, we also have a 10X10 pop up tent that keeps us and the customers safe.
