Bayside was a nice place to work everyone was friendly the manager was awesome she wasn't the type of boss that got in your face a lot and she was very understandable

This is the best place to be if you have an active socialized pet. Even if you have a couch potatoe it is still a wonderful environment. I always feel safe that my dogs are well cared for and well loved.  They are attentive, clean and organized.  I have been going there almost since they opened and would not go anywhere else.  I even have them groomed there. The groomer gives me what I want, not what the 'standard' is for the breed.  If you want peace of mind, CALL THEM! More...

This is a great job for kids still in school and kids that just got out of school. I loved working there the managers were awsome they were always there when you needed them and never treated like you u were not valued. They believe that family does come first and if something happens spurr of the moment with a family member they will accommodate your schedule. If I got paid more this would be my life job but unfortunately I dont want to continue to work 2 jobs so I'm looking for one good one. But there an awsome place to work for. More...

My dog is very active and loves to swim so we started coming here when we found out about the pool, and it is wonderful! The facility is clean and very nice. My only suggestion is that they have a more welcoming and friendly front office staff. I've been in more than a few times and they are consistently aloof and not as welcoming and friendly as other places I have taken my dog to in the area. More...

We love it here. When we pull up outside the building my dog is ready to go inside. He is a very active dog and this wears him out. I do not like that no one every answers the phone to make reservations and my dog was suppose to be in doggy daycare all day, at 3:00 he was finally outside and at 5 he was put back inside. I had to pay full price of doggy daycare. I watch my dog on the live cams all the time. More...

Wonderful place to leave your furry friends. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that really care about your pet. I highly recommend Bayside Pet Resort to care for your pet while you are away whether it is long term or for the day . If I could give 6 stars I would. Always consistent and excellent service even with new faces  joining the team--well done! I compared with a couple other places while traveling in the St Pete area but they don't hold a candle to the clean, friendly, professional service and loving care my little hounds receive at Bayside. I do recommend Bayside but HIGHLY suggest that you get a written breakout on fees. We went to tour the facility before lodging our 3 dogs. We asked the price on each size with its own patio. We were told a price and were never told that is PER ANIMAL. We also asked the cost on daycare and was told a rate but NEVER told PER HOUR. You can imagine my surprise when we were told our total and it was 3 times what we were expecting. They were well taken care of and we will being them again if we need a place but will ask much more questions for the breakout on cost next time. More...

Bayside staff are always super friendly and accommodating. I never worry leaving our 3 dogs there. My only wish is their pickup time for boarding was a bit later than the 11am deadline. They are very thorough when confirming reservations (going over any feeding/medicine, etc.) as well as upon check in. Very clean (and large!) facility. Definitely give them a try! :-) More...

Bob Hough has an outstanding facility here. The staff is dedicated to YOUR animal. They spend so much time making sure the fits between animals work and give them time to interact with each other and later they give them time to be alone with the staff. I leave my dogs there and don't worry. When we return  they see us and are hardly excited . That's how we know they didn't miss us too much. More...

When there's a day we need to use Bayside's doggy care--we only have to whisper "Bay" and Lexi knows exactly where she gets to go! She gets so excited on the ride and the staff knows when Lexi arrives barking and yapping as she enters her haven away from home. We've had to board Lexi a few times and the overnight care is as great as daycare. Nichole always does a super job bathing and grooming Lexi. We have used other groomers/boarders in the past but have never been as happy as we are with Bayside Pet Resort. A wonderful place that we know when we leave Lexi in the hands of the awesome staff we don't have to worry one moment she is in their care. When we pick Lexi up she's had a fun-filled day with her doggy friends she's made over the years we've been taking her to Bayside---we see it on her happy little face :) Five stars....definitely!!! Truly the best pet care around! They really go above and beyond. I have a special needs dog and they do everything they can to provide the best care either in grooming or when we have her stay there while we are on out of town. My dog has been attending daycare for over 3 years at Bayside Pet Resort and loves it. In addition to daycare they do all of her grooming and the occasional overnight stays at the resort. Great people that do a great job. Our dog Moe loves to go "to camp" and comes homes happy and exhausted. Spending just 1 day a week socializing with the other dogs has helped him improve his game around our neighborhood dogs and people in general. They know his name when he arrives and he is very excited to great his handlers. I love Bayside and know that my dog is well taken care of and having fun in daycare while I am at work. The staff is professional and caring toward all of the dogs and cats, know them by name and what their needs are. Wally Tucker has only been coming a short time every Wednesday. He comes in all smiles, waggy tail, and seems to love everyone there. I watch him on the webcam in the large dog area and he looks like he is having a good time. The staff there is so nice and friendly and its really comforting that they know my boy's name when we walk in the door. We will be coming here for a long time. We love this place almost as much as our dogs do! Caring, organized and pleasant. Our dogs go in happy and come out happy. The staff is compassionate and try very hard. We are really pleased. Especially love Valerie! Overall five star experience for sure. The only thing I would like to see changed are the grooming fees. They are high! With tip, it cost $100 to groom our 6 pound poodle. We love Bayside Pet Resort! The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and patient. Miss Belle has been attending Small Dog Daycare almost every single Wednesday for the past year. It is a great way to get her out and about with other humans and dogs since my husband and I work Monday-Friday. In addition, we also love that she can get her nails trimmed there. It saves us a trip to get her nails done elsewhere. Another great feature are the live streaming cameras which let me check on Belle throughout the day. I highly recommend Bayside Pet Resort!
