My dogs (4) were there for 2 weeks in the private suites. When we returned, they all looked happy and healthy. The deck hands really knew the dogs personally and tailored themselves to their personalities. The report card helped me to know how to set up each dogs play schedule for next time we go on vacation. Update: I originally gave this a one star review for the reasons listed below. The owner has reached out and gone above and beyond to remedy the situation. I am very impressed with how quickly Bayside Bed and Biscuit took action. My husband and I have taken our schnauzers here a few times. They have never once received a proper schnauzer cut. Today my husband sat with the groomer and explained some specifics that we wanted. All those instructions were completely ignored. We set up the appointment for them to be groomed and for them to have their teeth brushed. Their teeth were not brushed. They offered us a comp for next time but we will not be returning.
