Bag Lady Catering

We hired Krystle and Co. to make the cake and some additional desserts for our wedding.  They did an absolutely amazing job from beginning to end.  For the tasting, we told her what kind of cake we were looking for and she made it to our specifications, (naked lemon cake with fresh strawberries).  With her expertise, she took the time to make a version she believed would work better, (naked lemon cake with strawberries preserve for structural integrity of the cake).  In the end we went with her recommendation and she found a frosting ( my wife hates frosting/icing) that my wife and absolutely loved!  I'm considering ordering another top layer just for dessert this weekend. She also made cookies for our guests to take home, mini fruit tarts, and tiramisu.   Best experience ever, we highly recommend her! More...
