We fell in love with this builder 5 years ago. We knew this was who we wanted to build our home. They were very up front and honest and didn't have any hidden costs. Every once in awhile we would touch base to let them know we were getting closer. Every time we came, Paul remembered us. In 2014, our goal was met and we broke ground in February 2015. Craig and Paul made it a wonderful and exciting event. We have no horror stories that most people were warning us would occur. Craig and Paul were always available. They responded quickly and immediately handled any questions or issues. Craig was amazing on helping in the design by offering suggestions that we would have never considered. All their contractors were friendly and took pride in their work as it showed in the finished product. Craig stayed on top of the process to insure it stayed flowing. If it wasn't for the rainy month of May, we would have been in our home sooner. They have stayed in touch and continue to respond in immediate fashion on questions we have even though we have closed and moved in. My husband and I built with Baer Hall Homes and we could not be more pleased! This was our first experience building and we had a very specific idea of what we wanted.
