What makes a great website?
Understanding the visitor journey, helps to make a website great. I do enough research about business and their customer personas, before doing any work on web design. This helps in understanding the customers and desired behavior on website. I think doing enough research and understanding about business goals is most important factor to consider for success of website.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I would like to ask client about their goal from website. Since every website has goals, some have increase in leads, some have traffic, some want sales through e-commerce.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to interact with customers, and always want to hear them. Customers like to be heard, and want their problems to be solved. So I personally believe hearing to my customers helps me to understand their business properly as well as build personalized connections.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I always wanted to help small businesses in community, so i started my business. Since i was working in Fortune 100 Brand, it was not possible to work with small businesses there.

I offer services remotely but would love to meet my clients, if they want to grab a cup of coffee with me, and are around the town.
