We work with clients from all of the Bay Area, and also remotely with families across the US and Internationally. I am a proud Neurodivergent therapist who understands the challenges living with neuro differences. I had a strong background in behavioral therapy, relationship-based and family centered approach. Instead of focusing on 'problems', my partnership with clients and their families is always about rebuilding trust and helping clients find their own ways to navigate relationships, learning, decision makings future goals at home and work.

I created a non-profit organization Autism Career Pathways to figure out how to fill in a glaring gap in employment for neurodivergent adults. Even the most skilled ND adults often struggle to find employment. In 2018 a Houston Chronicle article highlighted in 10 years 500,000 autistic teens will age out of the support system in the United States.

My mission for the Autism Career Pathways 501 (c)(3) organization is to educate our community through online video resources, to support small businesses through mentorship trainings and to connect successful neurodiverse-owned businesses so they can inspire others. The world really needs to know that individuals with differing abilities are full of potentials and they can contribute as a productive member of our society!
