It is truly rare to find any company with the integrity, responsivity, professionalism and quality of work Austin Pro Video provided to our family during a recent funeral service. This was a particularly challenging setup for them, as the chapel seating capacity was anticipated to be far less than the number of people that attended. APV arranged a wireless video/audio link to an adjacent church building, as well as a viewing monitor, so that overflow attendees could see and hear the service. All equipment functioned perfectly, resulting in a beautiful masterpiece of a video product. Ken uploaded the full recording of the service to a cloud server with a link, so that anyone could download and watch the service anytime. I found Ken online since I needed some video and picture shoot for a 2 day mastermind event in Austin Tx. I needed a professional video reel for my marketing events. From the initial conversation, Ken was super clear on what I wanted exactly and made it so easy for me to rely on him. The day of the shooting, Ken and his team showed up even early to set up. They were super quiet and got through the shooting without interrupting my presentation. They guided my clients on how to provide a great testimonial as well. He was extremely flexible as far as scheduling for the shoots (including a last minute second shoot) and had a knack for listening to my barely coherent, broad, sweeping requests and translating it into something that he could execute on from a technical standpoint.
