Had the opportunity to connect with Savannah while in town for work last year. I was assigned 4 months in San Diego and really wanted to be sure it didnt get the best of me!

At the time, Savannah was working to get the meal service she has now into place. I was able add that service onto my program my last month in town. Thankfully too, it was a great system coupled with my fitness program.

The program she created was custom to my goals. My training involving strength development and conditioning. The mobility and “maintenance” work she’d incorporate offered a different challenging experience and thought I’d sometimes protest, I felt overall, it was very helpful! Since the more boring mobility/maintenance work was sequenced into a bulk circuit, it never felt as boring compared to when I’ve tried mobility work solo.

I wanted a system of accountability and also wanted to get a bit stronger. With Savannah’s guidance, I was able to add 3 lbs of muscle and drop 7 lbs of visceral fat. My 3D body scan was also a huge bonus to this experience.

It was a great investment on my part, so glad I showed up for myself!

I was visiting San Diego on leave, from the east coast. Was able to link up with Savannah- she took care of my meals, an easy to start training program, and kept me on track so I didn’t get too comfortable while in town.
It was a great experience and if I lived in the area, she’d be my trainer full time for sure

My 12 week program with Savannah was an awesome experience!

The space she held for me to push through my plateaus is something I can’t thank her enough for. We explored more as to why I was getting stuck in my training and she’s seriously one of the more patient trainers I’ve ever gotten to work with. The way she breaks things down has really helped me understand the importance of proper body mechanics.

I’m 31 and now feel so much more intentional with my training. Before I wouldn’t have even considered my time working out as training! The way I approach things now feels so much more sustainable and better for me.

I know because of my work with her, I’ll approach my fitness and health routines so much more confidently! Definitely wish I could take her with me as I move to TX! All the best to you, Savannah! Thanks again for everything

Working with Savannah at S5 Fitness has been amazing. She has helped me work past a number of injuries. With her guidance, attention to detail and form I have been able to correct a number of deficiency preventing future injuries and achieve a level of fitness I thought would no longer be possible for someone with my limitations. Her knowledge in nutrition helped me learn easy, sustainable ways to make healthy choices and constantly get the propper nutrition to support my personal fitness goals. My time working with Savannah has been so helpful! To start, I worked through her Smart 8 session program and trained 2 times a week. I’m now working through the Strong 12 session program meeting with Savannah 3 times a week. I haven’t felt this balanced in my overall health routine in what feels like forever.
The extra sauna and plunge sessions I meet her for as an additional service to my program has also been a huge bonus! I wouldn’t have the motivation to sit in freezing water without the energy Savannah brings to our sessions together.
The facilities she uses are also beautiful! Parking isn’t too bad, it’s spacious, and I like that it’s only used by trainers working with their clients exclusively.
Overall, I’m very happy to have come across S5 Fitness and to work with Savannah as my personal trainer!

We have a meal service in place within our service options in order to simplify a person managing a more healthy diet within their training routine.

We believe this resource helps clients get so much more from their time and energy when working through our programs.

The results really end up showing in relations to stress management! Clients no longer feel so much overwhelm around planning out their meal prep, managing shopping lists, cooking and portions- it gives so much more back to clients during both the short and long term process of working on sustainable habits.

As your trainer, I help you to stick to effective basics so maintaining your routine consistently becomes more doable. I help you to work through approachable fitness plans, simple nutritional adjustments, and encouraged recovery options.
Our training sessions at Werk Fitness are focused and concise to encourage the best use of time. If you opt-in for intensive recover sessions, you’ll experience an interval of 2 infrared sauna sessions and 2 polar plunges to encourage a deep reset to your overall body.

I truly believe consistency goes the distance when it comes to successfully living a wholesome healthy life. The wellness routines or habits dont need to be grand or complicated, just consistently show up for yourself- that can go so far in the long run.
