Sooo I have never done anything yoga ever… Which was mainly my own ego stopping me lol but also insecurities of not knowing how to or if I’d be able to do all the stretches or poses…but a friend of mine recommended I come to Aspire for a hot yoga session and honestly I am so thankful I went! I was immediately welcomed in and everyone at Aspire was positive and so professional. The facility is very nice and clean plus there were so many different inspiring people there to help motivate me to do the best you can and to keep pushing yourself. Don’t get me wrong it’s hot lol but I have never done anything that got such an amazing sweat going without all the harsh impact on my joints and body! So after our class I’m still able to continue with business as usual for the rest of the day! I’m already feeling positive results with my skin alone after one class and now I bought a membership and look forward to going back as often as possible :-) Don’t let your ego get in the way like I did and come try something new that you will truly benefit from… The hardest part is simply showing up the rest Aspire takes care of ;-) More...

I am so happy I found Aspire! I have really been missing Yoga Sculpt since moving to SoIL from Chicago. When I heard Aspire was offering Hot Yoga Sculpt, I was eager to try. Jill's class did not disappoint. Great workout with fun music and modifications for different ability/fitness levels.
