What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency. What you do every day with your nutrition AND workouts matters. What you eat or don’t eat contributes to how well your workout goes, as well as your overall day. It’s important to have good communication with your trainer and be honest about your goals. It’s also important to be realistic when setting those goals and work towards them at a good pace.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I don’t ask my clients to do anything I wouldn’t do with them. I enjoy making workouts fun and not making you dread going to the gym or for a run.
