I've been to a few eyelash places and was traumatized by my experience. Katie was amazing!!! She asked what look I wanted and did exactly what I had asked for. My eyelashes look so natural that you can't even tell they're extensions. I've had them on for a week now and they still look great. She's very sweet and friendly and I highly recommend her for anyone that's looking for a eyelash extension artist. I was on the fence about lash extensions for a while before taking the leap - I'm not very extravagant person when it comes to my appearance, and a lot of the lashes I've seen on others are WAY too much for my personal taste. I did a ton of research online, on Yelp, and asking around before finding Katie at Flashy Lash. I was impressed by her client photos and the fact that she's done a lot of very natural looking lashes (they kind that make you ask, are they real?...are they extensions?..). She was offering a deal on classic sets at the time in order to promote her new location, and I made an appointment with her new lash artist, Elle. I've been seeing Elle for a couple months now, and I'm so happy with my results! I'm getting married in July (which was the primary reason for getting lash extensions), but I'm totally hooked beyond that. It's AMAZING not having to put on mascara every day, especially if you have transparently blonde lashes like I do. They are beautifully natural looking and look great, even two weeks later. Soooooo, I'm complicated.  Well, My hair is complicated.  Helen is somehow able to take the exact sections that need the trissola "keratin" treatment and leave the rest to balance out.  I have fine hair that is curly.  I leave with ease and feel great working out and not going flat and no fuzz.  Happy medium.  Best straightening specialist EVER. Seriously Katie is the goddess of eyelashes! I have been coming to her for almost 6 years now! Her retention is the best and does not compromise the integrity of my natural lashes. I love dramatic lashes and she gets the perfect set each time. I am obsessed with the new spa at Asentia! It is so clean and modern with great personal touches! I have seen Helen for several different hair services over the last 6 months. I started with her over the summer when she did a Brazilian Blowout treatment on me. I've been trying to grow my hair for quite some time but because of damaging color I've done in the past, I was struggling with constant breakage. After the treatment, my hair was silky soft and needed very little heat to style. It's amazing how much longer and healthier it's gotten! Before Christmas, I had Helen do my base touch up and highlights and I have to say, she absolutely nailed the color. It's perfect for my skin tone and I receive compliments all the time! Helen is the best hair dresser EVER! I went thru a handful before i finally landed on her! Ive had all sorts of bad experiences but still not one with Helen! Ive been going to her for over 5 years now and dont see myself ever going to anyone else. I have a lot of hair which is also very long. I am also VERY picky and she never does me wrong. Shes very patient and not scissor happy! Which is always scary when you have long hair! She never questions what i want to do and does it the best way! Helen has been doing my hair for 12 years now. Originally I started with just hair cuts because I've always been scared of doing anything else to my hair only because I'm a lazy person and I'd rather not have to deal with coloring my hair and I didn't want to damage my natural hair that went all the way down my lower back. Then I finally gave in and decided add some highlights to my hair, which I fell in love with! I love Helen!!!! I have referred all my friends and family to her. She always pays attention and listens to what I want to do with my hair. Helen has been my hair stylist for over five years. She does whatever I ask for in the healthiest way possible. I normally get a solid color and every so often I’ll switch it up and have her add highlights, if she feels that my hair can’t handle it she will let me know and doesn’t just want to take advantage of my wallet. I love her haircuts as well because she never get scissor happy and she understands what I mean when I say “a micro trim”. OH! She also specializes in the keratin smoothing treatment which has changed my life since I don’t have much time to style my hair, (which she also always accommodates me with my crazy work schedule �). Katie is the best in the game! I knew I had to go to her when I saw my friends lashes! They didn't look clumpy or unnatural on my friend which sold me. Last week I "got lashed" by the fabulous Elisa Cortez and I swear I look ten years younger! No need for make up and a week later I haven't lost a single lash! I found Katie after a not so successful lash experience and she is hands down amazing! She asks all the right questions to determine exactly what you are looking for or want to accomplish with your new lashes. After getting my lashes done somewhere else, I wish I would have found Katie sooner! She was able to take off the painful existing lashes I had on and transform them into gorgeousness! !!  She is so sweet and welcoming. Truly has a passion for what she does. Katie is the best! She is so great at what she does and she makes your time with her really enjoyable. She's easy to talk to, and very accommodating for appointments. Katie is not only so sweet and easy to talk to, but she does amazing work.  I first saw her work on another person and was like WHOA!  I need to get lashes like that.  I was scared to get lash extensions because I have sensitive skin and I did not want to ruin my existing lashes.  Katie explained that this would not ruin my current lashes and she also uses a waterbased glue that  did not cause any issues for me.  I am SO HAPPY I did it!  It was very easy to book with her and I love the booking reminders/system she uses.  I was able to reach her afterwards with questions because I've always got a ton of them.  And honestly the time flew by because she was such a pleasure to be with.  I can get real antsy and it was so relaxing and easy.  The whole process was wonderful and I love the salon it's in.  If you're considering it, give a try.  I've had these on for 4 weeks and they are still in good shape.  If you're gonna do it, Katie is your lady!!! I absolutely love going to Katie for my lashes! She is professional, sweet, kind, and incredibly talented at her craft! Her studio is located near the 5 freeway in Glendale, and parking is always available.  I've been getting my lashes done for about 5 years. Had a bad experience in 2015 at the place I previously went to, and had to find a new girl asap. Katie was accommodating and super helpful! She had my lashes looking perfect in no time. I wanted a natural, but full look, and she did not disappoint me one bit. I love her eye for perfection, and they last longer than any place I've been to yet!
