Hope was super accommodating and clear on what she could provide, and checked in several times to make sure we were okay with options and needs. The food was great (fruit kebabs that looked like the Grinch!) and Hope was super attentive to my guests. I didn't get the bartender's name but he was top notch too. I checked with many caterers and price wise As You Wish seems right on par. You can't go wrong here! More...

Hope was AWESOME from the first phone call to cater a 50th anniversary party for my parents. She was a SUPER help with menu planning--fitting in special favorites to please everyone, especially Mom & Dad and even the little ones who might be picky eaters. Because of how easy she is to work with and the amazingly delicious dishes she prepared, I give her 5 stars and would recommend her to anyone. More...

I have nothing but great things to say about Hope and her team from start to finish it was perfect. I would like to note that this was for my wedding so pretty big deal and also that we got married on Long Island in Casco Bay so everything had to be transported on the ferry. Hope was nothing but a pleasure to work with leading up to the day and was even able to accommodate a last minute vegan dish without batting an eye. As for the day of the wedding Kyle and his team were perfect honestly I barely knew they were there. They came in set up made sure me and the groom were happy and served and coordinated transportation back to the ferry the food was delicious from the lobster the chicken the salad and twice baked potatoes everything was perfect. If you are having any kind of event I would highly recommend Hope and her team definitely top notch. More...
