I love to assist individuals and their families overcome barriers and improve the quality of their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I recently moved from Utah to Arizona. I practiced as a therapist for over 10 years in Utah and wanted to expand my opportunities in a more populated area. I am excited to serve families and individuals in Arizona.

I have been in the Behavior and Mental Health field for over 14 years. I have a lot of experience in treating a variety of challenges individuals and families face. I believe that Small Changes, Applied Consistently Over Time, Produces Big Results.
Behavioral Consulting
Behavior and Mental Health Consulting services are meant to identify barriers that get in you or your families way of being successful. Consultants provide strategies and techniques that can help with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Goals of consulting may include long-term goals such as improving the quality of your life. Others may be more immediate goals such as decreasing strong emotional reactions, developing healthy relationships, changing behavior or decreasing undesirable behavior. Whatever the goals are, they will be set by you according to what you and your family want to work on. Small changes will lead to big results.
In-Home Services
Arizona Behavioral Consulting recognizes the value in providing services at the location where the difficulties occur. Services can be provided in the home, school, or community in addition to the office.
In-home services are beneficial in getting a better understanding of the client, especially when dealing with family issues, young children, or people who may feel uncomfortable going into an office. In-home services consist of ADHD counseling, parenting classes, behavioral consulting, assisting with autism spectrum disorders, and more.
Parenting Classes
At Arizona Behavioral Consulting we teach parenting techniques and interventions that are effective and fun. We teach classes using the Love and Logic curriculum, parenting skills for children with Autism, ADD/ADHD, Developmental Delays and other Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
We believe parents can have a great relationship with their children at any age, but still be able to enforce loving limits and consequences.
School Consulting Services
Arizona Behavioral Consulting recognizes the value in providing services at the location where the difficulties occur. Services can be provided in the home, school, or community in addition to the office.

Many of the same issues that happen at home also happen at school. At Arizona Behavioral Consulting, we provide school services to help the individual succeed in their academic settings. School services include ADHD counseling, behavioral counseling, assistance with autism spectrum disorders, and more. By working together with both regular and special education teachers, school administrators, and related service providers, the child will be able to receive the social, emotional, and behavioral support they need to thrive.
