Peter was very responsive and was able to set up an appointment very quickly. Extremely happy with the service provided. Peter came by today on Saturday and installed a brand new water heater. They where very professional and their quality work proves they know what they are doing. The piping work they did on my water heater was very clean and neat. He explained to me the quality and differences between different water heaters and we decided to go for a 50 gal. 12 year warranty. Also they fixed one of my toilets in a timely manner. I needed a new toilet installed and set up a call for a plumber through the customer service desk at Home Depot. Peter from Aqua Fresh called me within sixty seconds! He said that he could buy the toilet for me and transport it to my place plus take away the old one and he was available in a couple hours. Amazing! He was even ten minutes early. Tidy work, professional, solved a couple unexpected moments easily, and completely finished within an hour. The price was not cheap but it was fair. Peter provided exceptional service! My sink had leaked before and the last plumber didn't do a good job a month prior... .Peter was responsive on a Saturday and even came by Saturday evening to check out my leak. He shared insight on what the last guy did wrong and that it would affect the lifetime of my dishwasher. He also flagged that the faucet was super old and needed replacing. He didn't sell me but rather shared the problems he saw and left it up to me to decide next steps. I needed to confirm the cost with my Landlord and I later confirmed him for Monday to repair the issues.He called when he was on his way, repaired the issues and even tested everything out for 5 minutes to ensure everything was working correctly.I will definitely call Peter if I need help again!! We like to recommend Aqua Fresh Plumbing Service for not just private but for commercial service too. They  came to our preschool and fixed the kids sink while we were closed for spring break. His service was quick and delivered in a professional manner. We used his service more then one time now. Peter is the best! He had done some work on my house in the past, so when I came home to find my water main leaking just past the meter I knew who to call. He came out the next day to check out the leak and scope the work. Seeing I was in an emergency situation he brought his crew the following day (a Saturday) and by sundown the whole main was replaced! It was some 50 feet of main and they managed to get it done in one day with no heavy machinery! I was impressed. Peter is a guy that can be counted on. This company and Peter, the owner are head and shoulders above anyone else I have called when I have any type of plumbing problem. Peter is responsive, knows his business, honest and fair. I have had him take care of a leak in a bathroom - and his opinion on a leak in pipes in my home.
