A friendly, hometown atmosphere. Scrupulously clean, with ample supplies and encouragement to "clean as you go" out of courtesy for fellow workout buffs. There is also a cleaning staff. So cleanliness is in place. Lots and lots of fine machines, all in good working order. Everything you can imagine. Flat screen TV's, Rockbot, Anytime Fitness Ap, and Audiofetch! Small, but state-of-the-art!!! I love this place! Clean private showers, bathrooms, water cooler, member-2-member bulletin board, and personal training availability. Great local gym and I’ve been going since 2005. Has the majority of equipment that you need and is a clean place. Sometimes it can get crowded either on a weekday evening/morning around 9am or on a Sat morning. Otherwise the gym isn’t packed and can workout all day/ all night depending on what works. More...

Very nice gym, clean and well maintained. Smaller but also in a small town. Some people might complain about water, but I’ve never had a problem with it and I have been going there for 12 years. Everyone is friendly.
