This organization is wonderful. I didn't know anything about cats, it was my first time adopting a cat. Jessica was so helpful and patient with me teaching me all about cats. We got our little Eros(Roxie), she has a wonderful addition to our family.

ASHA is a wonderful organization and I am so grateful for the work they do. Was recently involved in TNR for a colony of 18 cats. ..and during trapping, we discovered there were 3 three month old kittens. When trapped they were not feral and allowed handling, although shy. I did NOT want to put them outside in MD in winter. ASHA took two of them, even though they are stretched to the max. Being in animal welfare means dealing with the tough times, and they really came through for these little kittens. THANK YOU ASHA! :) More...

We recently adopted a kitten from ASHA, and they were so wonderful. Our cat of 12.5 years passed away, and we were looking for a kitten for our three young daughters. Jessica was so helpful and responsive, and allowed us to adopt the sweetest kitten. I cannot say enough good things about them, or thank them enough. Their work, commitment, and devotion to helping animals in need is absolutely amazing. They rescue homeless animals in the most dire of circumstances, and ensure that they get proper medical treatment and are adopted into loving homes. They have saved so many precious lives, including the life of our sweet kitten. We are eternally grateful, and I will be supporting them as my charity of choice, so I can give back to this amazing organization. More...

Great people! They found my cat after him being lost for such a long time we thought we would never see him again. They made the process of getting him back so quick and they even worked around my husbands schedule so we could get him same day!
