Angela did a newborn session for our two week old son and oh my goodness! The portraits turned out absolutely amazing! We had a hard time choosing which ones to have printed! She was also very professional to work with. She is trained in baby posing safety (which was very important to me since she was posing our baby). She made the session comfortable for us and explained everything she was doing as she did it. Our family was lucky to work with Angela 3 times. And it wasn't really a work. We have three crazy little kids!!! It could (and was before Angela) a disaster but it was a fun playdate! When we had a child, we discovered a new passion in ourselves - to photograph Max endlessly. But the reality is that it almost never turns out well. The phone’s memory is packed to the eyeballs with endless takes, which, hand on heart, are boring even for us to watch. Оh, God save Angela! I mean we are not models. I would call us introverts and actually my husband was pretty skeptical if we can relax and look at least … normal). But everything was just perfect, relaxing and one thing we really didn’t expect – we had a really great family time together. And result! I am VERY picky when it comes to professional photographers. I have a trained eye for light, so I know the qualities that make an amazing photographer. Ángela is more than that. Her work is absolutely priceless, and I am so glad I hired her for my professional headshots. She made me feel so comfortable at her gorgeous studio in San Diego. She had snacks and beverages ready for me as well as various set ups. Her guidance for posing was on point! And boy was I blown away by the final images!! In addition to my digital images for my online LinkedIn profile, I ended up purchasing a GORGEOUS framed canvas from her because I want my family to have a heirloom piece of art that represents me. I don't know where to start. Angela has done two newborn sessions for my family as well as a family sessions and they are both just perfection. There is no other word for her work. She is meticulous in her photographing and her editing and it shows in the final products. We did a maternity mini session with Angela when pregnant with our third child, Diego. Both my husband and I are normally shy to get in front of the camera but Angela managed to make us feel as if nobody else was there. Likewise, she was fantastic with our then 3.5yo and 1.5yo.
