I am so glad we chose Ameigh Photography for our wedding! At first, my husband was reluctant to invest in a quality photographer, but after perusing their portfolio, discussing the lasting memories that quality photography provides, and emailing back and forth, we signed our contract with them! These photographers love creativity and personalized shoots! My husband and I met in the mountains, spend time in the mountains, and wanted mountains to be a part of our wedding experience. Our engagement photos were in the National Park, and the photos were like a fairy tale! They captured the mysterious aura of Black Rock Summit in spite of weather. Also Our first look setting was a half mile hike up to an overlook in Hone Quarry. The pictures were everything I wanted and more. I would also mention they're great sports about the weather as well. It drizzled at our engagement photo shoot and then rained on our wedding day. My stress was pretty great because of that, but they did not add to it. Both shooters are very pleasant and easy to work with. While they aim to have photos returned within 6 weeks, they enjoy editing them and waste no time returning your memories to you! Katie was the photographer for my wedding on April 24th. We had only communicated through email due to distance, but she was always on top of things to make sure that she knew what my husband and I were looking for. The day of my wedding, it was raining steadily. We were bummed about the weather and that our ceremony wouldn't be outside, but we knew Katie would still capture beautiful photos. Katie was amazing to work with and has a talented eye for photography! She was extrememly flexible and accomodating with our schedules.
Due to the weather, our scheduled session was adjusted several times to ensure that we were comfortable shooting outdoors. Katie not only took the weather and our comfort into consideration, but also wanted to make sure that we took advantage of the best lighting of the day in order to capture beautifully lit shots. Katie took the time to listen to what I had envisioned for my Maternity shoot and delivered photos beyond what I had imagined! She truly is an artist!
We are so happy we booked our Maternity, Newborn, and Fresh 48 sessions with her. So far we have taken our Maternity session and are ecstatic with every single photo! Not only did Katie help us to create memories of a special time in our lives that we can always reflect upon throughout the years, but she also captured the beauty of the area where we will begin our journey as a family. Katie photographed my wedding in October and we couldn't have been happier to have snagged her and Cindy for our day! They both made us feel so comfortable and were totally flexible with any requests we made throughout the day. I honestly cannot say enough great things about katie! Her and her second shooter Cindy were absolutely incredible!! They were so sweet and came and got right to shooting some wonderful pictures! Every one of our guests kept saying how sweet and kind they were! They were everywhere getting so many shots from several angles! They came up with great poses and picture ideas for us and our bridal party! We all had so much fun taking photos with them. They found some great spots to take photos.
