Okay, I am FAR from a vegetarian and a vegan lifestyle is not my ministry; however, I experiment every now and then when something catches my eye. These Mack Barbie Wings with yuca crazy fries and the Mad Mack Sandwich could make me reconsider at least twice a month! My chef Facebook friend, Alexander Mack, surprised me with a gift of one of his trial meals. He delivered it in person and it was absolutely delicious. Mushroom ribs and herb potatoes. Alexander Macks Diverse Cooking is the bomb. Not only was the food delicious but it was also very nutritious, and I love that this talented chef is mindful of people’s allergies and dietary needs. I was impressed that the barbecue sauce he makes was flavored with maple syrup and coconut sugar. Lower GIs than regular sugar and even more delicious. A lot of his creations are vegan too. So far my husband and I have enjoyed the chili and the peach bread from Alexander Mack and both have been fabulous! The food is absolutely delicious. We learned that the peaches in the peach bread came from a local grower which was so great to know that we are supporting multiple small businesses with this purchase. The prices are affordable and you get your money's worth in term of quantity and quality. And it was delivered! Perfection! More...
