At AlpenGlow Adventure Catering we work with professional chefs and local farmers to create delicious menus for you and your family to experience in the outdoors. Additionally, working with professional chefs has encouraged us to keep pushing the boundaries of the kinds of meals that can be created in the woods. We utilize over-fire and over-coal cooking for most of our meats and vegetables. This allows our guests to indulge in a lavish, outdoor dining experience.
