Super pleased with the result.Although Jerry did not speak Spanish. The office manager Claudia was able to translate any questions my wife had since she speaks very little English. Come to find out, this office speaks English, Spanish, French and Romanian!!!The inspector was super detailed and took his time to answer any questions we had.I would highly recommend Alliance Home inspections and there prices are good. Not the cheapest, but I wouldn't hire the cheapest anyways when I spent 100's of thousand of dollars for my Miami Beach home and feel that my family truly got a good idea what we were purchasing.Priceless!!!
