All Bodies Fitness provides online and on-site personal training and nutritional consultation for individuals or small groups wanting a trainer at their home, place of work or at their personal gym. We motivate, educate and inspire our clients to improve their health by bringing the five components of physical fitness to you;
body composition, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility.
We further specialize in nutritional plans geared to weight loss and improved health. We provide a nutrition workshop to educate clients on the aspects of proper nutrition and the pros and cons of 7 different weight loss strategies and then work with the client to come up with the best plan to suite their needs and lifestyle. We offer accountability programs to keep our clients motivated and 'staying the course' to achieve their goals. Together, we can do anything!
I have been trying to lose weight for a while now and get in shape and nothing was working when i was trying to do it on my own! So i decided to get a personal trainer. Steve is a very good trainer. He works around your schedule and makes sure nothing is hurting during the workouts. Patricia is a wonderful trainer! She is super encouraging, readily available to talk to, listened to my goals, and provided excellent information and resources for weight loss and pursuing a more nutritious diet. I participated in the "Diets Demystified" workshop in May and hit my target weight 2 months later without any extreme dieting or exercise. I have tried dieting and exercise in the past with little to no effect, but the advice Patricia provided was easy to follow and showed real results. I have only been working with Patricia from All Bodies Fitness for a few months, but I am already reaping the rewards of her training, She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to fitness and is quite motivating which I sorely need.
She definitely takes your current state into consideration and adjust your workout accordingly. Besides being motivating Patricia is incredibly warm and encouraging and instead of dreading the workout, like I normally did, I find myself looking forward to it. I took a chance using Bark to find a personal trainer. Well all the stars were aligned and I found Patricia of All Bodies Fitness. She reached out with a warm email that felt genuine and non salesy. We did a meetup. I liked her spirit. Told her my goals. She challenge me to stretch. I am in my 4th week (I think) and lost 5-6lbs. In believeable. She's a subtle dictative trainer but you don't know it. I've enjoyed every moment with her. She faithfully checks in via text with coaching, inspiration or humor. She's a people person.
