I’ve been working out with my personal trainer, Franklin, with All Around Fitness. The sessions have been remote. And to be honest, I think our online sessions are just as good as if we had been in person! His workouts are fun and motivating. Franklin/All Around Fitness has been a huge blessing in my life! About 6 months prior to leaving for an intensive military training program I started working with Franklin wanting to arrive physically prepared. I was glad I did; He got me in the best shape of my life and I excelled in the course with my fitness never holding me back. What I liked about him was his wholistic approach using many functional movements & exercises that I've never done before. I can expect all of his workouts to challenge me to the core pushing me to my own personal envelope. He also impressed upon me the importance of nutrition and how it goes hand in hand with performance: I took a hard look at foods I was eating assessing whether they were helping or hurting (mostly the latter!).Fast forward to today - I'm back in the area and began working with him again.  He's made a huge improvement in my overall fitness and I continue to work with him setting new goals that I look forward to achieving with his help. I whole heartedly endorse Franklin & their services. If you are looking for a physical change and want to challenge yourself they are gonna help lead you through the hard days and provide accountability if you go off track!   I highly recommend them! All new clients are assessed to determine their goals, current levels of cardiovascular strength, muscle strength, coordination and core strength. Once we have all that info we can help by offering ongoing training, custom designed programs to make sure your form is correct and verify intensity is where it should be.

Think about how committed you are going to be to this program. Also if you want quicker results, think about how you plan to fuel your body with proper nutrition to achieve peak performance. I'll be here for accountability but the work is all you!

I am passionate about motivating my clients to want to work hard while having fun so they can live a healthier, happier life. And the best part is, I find myself feeling about my clients as if they were family or a close, personal friend.

I have always been interested in being healthy but became seriously involved in fitness several years ago. My interest in personal training spiked after I survived a heart attack. Through proper diet and working out with a personal trainer, I lost 25 lbs and 5 inches from my waist. Seeing how life-changing a personal trainer was for me, I took my enthusiasm to the next level. In 2011, I became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer to help others reach their fitness goals. Then in 2015, I started All Around Fitness to share my excitement for health and wellness with everybody else. My mission is to provide clients a health club quality workout in the privacy of your own home. My three guiding principles are: Professionalism, Passion, and Quality with a touch of fun.

Fun fact: the inspiration behind my company's name comes from my wife. She competed college gymnastics at George Washington University and the penultimate gymnastics competition is the all-around competition. All Around is a great way to describe fitness because it encompasses everything that deals with the mind and the body including health and wellness.

My workout sessions are fun and personalized with an emphasis on reaching each client's goals. These are not cookie-cutter workouts. I assess each client when we start and continue to reassess clients throughout the process so my clients can succeed!

Building programs for golfers and athletes based on the proper foundation of mobility and stability and then through strength and power progressions

Helping competitive athletes increase their skill levels, avoiding injury and reaching peak performance

Assisting clients as a source of nutrition information to navigate the confusing landscape of quick-fix solutions, poor food choices, and to help clients achieve peak performance thru nutrition. This training is in-process.
