Richard is a wonderful coach. I improved my critical power score by almost 30 points in a month. I also learned to ride the rollers in just a month. Richard has shown me how to do intervals properly so I can train effectively. It is worth the time and money to come in and train properly. More...

I believe there is no better value for the personalized plans he and his team can prepare for you to make you a better cyclist. I was looking for a spinning lesson to participate while i was visiting Dallas for work and I found Cycling Center Dallas. I had no bike with me, i didnot have spd shoes, i didn't even have a water bottle with me! Just my cycling clothing and that's it. Richard asked me a few questions to understand my fitness level and my cycling experience and immediately set me up on a bike! In 15min, all my metrics (HR, power zones, etc) were in his system, i had a bike that fit me well, water bottle and shoes! He guided me very well during the training and gave very good suggestions which i can use them always. I am very glad i did it; definitely worth it! Today I did my first outside skills class with Richard and two others. We met near Cedar Hill State Park and had 3 fun and challenging hours working on cycling etiquette, descents and hill climbing. The wind was ferocious and to be honest i was hesitant on the first downhill. Richard taught me a few tricks such and by the 3 time I felt much more confident and flew down the hill w/o touching the brakes. I often ride with friends and I appreciated learning some safety hints that I had not known. It was really too windy to work on cornering so I'm ready for the next session. I strongly recommend this for anyone who is either starting or like me has been cycling for quite a few years. More...

I'm coming up on my one year anniversary and want to thank Richard, Tracy, Noel and Kurt for everything they've done for me. My numbers have improved dramatically and I'm really looking forward to next spring and summer. I can't wait to see how much I will improve over the next year. The month of July we have been doing intense interval training in preparation for the Goatneck Rally. The workouts have been very challenging. The coaches do a great job of putting together a customized workout and give good instruction, motivation and support. I have made great gains from the workouts that are obvious when riding outdoors. I can go faster, farther and recover quicker. I am amazed how effective a 1 hour workout twice a week can be. Great way to become a better cyclist. More...

This is one of the best workouts you will ever get! I started classes in August of 2013 and the improvements in my overall riding, strength, stamina and balance is amazing. I had only been biking for about a year and wasn't very confident outdoors. I wanted to become more comfortable with my bike and a better rider. I was also getting bored with my regular gym/spin classes. It only takes one of Richard's 6-week classes to start seeing noticeable changes. With each class, I got stronger and stronger. Whether your an entry-level rider like myself or a competitive triathlete/road rider, you will see improvements. Each workout is tailored to your level/abilities. It was amazing to see the changes happening so fast. I took a break in April 2014 to take advantage of more time to ride outdoors but I will be back in the fall! More...
