I am a NASM ertified pPereonal Trainer with soecializatiins in Women’s and Seniors. My Aging with Vitality progrsm combine light weight training with lower body sculpting, body weight strength training with lots of reps. I incorporate Barre training techniques for lower body with medium to strong aerobics and core core core!

Loving your body enough to give it exactly what it needs all the time. That means adequate water, food, exercise, rest and happy making activities.. enjoying your body is the secret to having the body you want.

Seeing people find their core strength and watching the posture and strength change. Hearing stories like - an 80 year old said, I couldn’t work down the stairs like a normal person I was all bent over and crippled from old back injury. After three classes I was walking down the stairs erect and with confidence .’

I have always had my own businesses and I am an entrepreneur wanting to serve people directly at their convenience and at their pace.
