My wife and I have used Affordable Catering to cater two events recently, and both times we were well more than satisfied! The food tasted GREAT and was really easy to serve for large groups. Our first event was my wife's birthday, we had about 40 friends at our house. They were very helpful with delivery and set up and made some awesome specialty pizzas! My wife was so pleased with the quality and service that she reached out to them again to cater our 10-year high school reunion for about 150 people, and again they did a wonderful job. My wife raved about how helpful everyone she worked with and how affordable they were compared to other vendors she reached out to. I would highly recommend them for catering any size party. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The fixings like the variety of salsas and guacamole were a perfect touch. All of the meats were delicious! They came to set up a bit earlier than they showed me how to turn on the heaters when ready and everything stayed fresh. Affordable Catering is amazing! We hosted our company holiday party last week for about 20 guests and used Affordable Catering as our caterer. From start to finish, I had such a stress-free time planning such an event. They were able to customize every single detail for the party and made all our crazy ideas come to light, especially during these times. They put together the most insane cheese, charcuterie, and other snacks - it was so beautiful! The food overall was amazing. What an amazing caterer. We had a corporate event with Affordable Catering and the food was off the charts and the catering team was charming and professional.
They were on time, on budget, and professional throughout. I loved that they provided a full set up of tables, bar, sound, etc.
The charcuterie table was beautiful and the passed food was exceptional. I really very much enjoyed the filet mignonette chimichurri item and the French onion tartlets.
I would hire Affordable Catering again in a heartbeat.

Affordable catering had all our guests talking about the food at our wedding for weeks after. Food was one of the most important things to us when planning our wedding. We have been to many events where the catering is just okay and we really wanted to wow our guests. We had been to a wedding that affordable Catering had catered before, so we already knew their food was incredible and memorable. We chose to do the upscale buffet option and I feel like buffets are usually not so great as the food doesn't end up tasting like it did at the small tasting, but let me tell you: affordable catering really nails it. If you are looking for an exceptional menu that comes out perfectly on the day of, affordable catering is the way to go. What’s your signature dish?
This would be our Stuffed mushrooms, we use a nice blend of spices and a secret recipe, this on the app side. On the salad side it is our strawberry spinach salad , moving to buffet our most popular is mexican buffet or taco bar. For dessert it would be our house made tiramisu.

We pay close attention to everyone of our customers request, we receive information relative to the needs and wants of our customers. We then do our research and create a excellent menu that serves the needs of our customer.

We love making great food, and helping people achieve all their goals for their events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to make a difference in the world and be able to help the less fortunate, starting your own business is a sure fire way to be able to accomplish this goal.

Our slogan is the best and most affordable in the Bay Area, we work with clients to achieve all their goals. We make sure we give it 110% when we cook and serve our guest. We are attentive to areas other caterers aren't, we won't rest unless we achieve the optimal result.
