What is parent coaching?
Parent coaching provides insight, helps parents discover newfound energy in their parenting, an appreciation for what they have and who they are and create sustainable ways to achieve their goals for their family.
Different than therapy, coaching's unique methodology allows me to provide support as a cheerleader, guide, and mirror.

New Parent Program
Little humans don’t come with instructions!
This program is for new parents who have an idea of the parent they want to be, but aren't sure how to get there. Working together for 6 weekly/bi-weekly 50- minute sessions you will learn to feel confident in your parenting decisions, understand who you want to be as a parent, how to make parenting decisions that align with your values, how to balance yours & your child's needs and what to expect as your child develops.
6 50-minute sessions/$810*
*can be paid in 3 installments of $270.
Remote Learning Service
Remote learning has many parents and their children facing challenges. Navigation of the school/home overlap is creating obstacles for many and I can help with learning pods, teaching strategies, developmental appropriate lesson planning, create/organize a distraction free environment conducive to learning, home/school balance & self-care/compassion.
Session (8 hours max) can take place over 1-2 days within a 14 day period.

Remote Learning Maitentance Program*
If after all the coaching and organizing is done you would like me to maintain the learning environment and/or offer adaptions/strategies to make implementation/access of the curriculum easier, I offer maintenance sessions (3 hours max) on a monthly or quarterly basis.
