There are no words to adequately describe the pleasure that it is to work with Shannon. To say she is one of the best photographers I have ever used is putting it mildly. Not only is she extremely professional in her career but she is one of the sweetest and kindest souls you will ever meet. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything came to life for the vision I had for my family Christmas photos. We planned for months leading up to the day. She was always easy communicate with and extremely responsive. She always had time to answer every question I had and give feedback on any idea I came up with for the session. When session day finally arrived of course the weather didn’t want to cooperate. We got there and it started raining as soon as we started. Shannon kept her cool and professionalism the whole time. In my mind I was freaking out that everything we had worked for the last few months was going to be ruined but her calm spirit helped calm me and told me it was going to turn out great and just go with it. She was amazing with my 3 year old son, who like most 3 year olds was a wild child but she knew just what to do to capture the best memories of both my boys. I’m so thrilled with how my pictures came out and I know I’ll cherish them forever. She also has done newborn photos for my newborn son this year. Again, she went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to recreate a photo from my first son and between the background and outfit she was able to do exactly what I asked. On top of everything she is just an amazing person in general. I cannot say enough about what an extraordinary experience we had with Shannon. She made the entire process for our Awaiting Braxton photos incredibly easy. For anyone who hasn't had the pleasure of being in front of Shannon's lens, let me tell you - it's beyond wonderful. In fact, I don't even think there's an English word to truly capture the feeling. Maybe it's a vibe, or a "whole mood" (as the kids call it!). Josh and I are usually very uncomfortable and awkward when it comes to taking photos. I surprised my husband with a date night photo session and to say he was thrilled is reallllllly stretching the truth. However, Shannon from the beginning made us both feel so comfortable. Adriana has done two very different photos for my and my family the first one was me, my nana, cousin, and aunt and she was amazing at letting us tell stories and really captured the love that we love have for one another. She then was offering date night minis and me and my boyfriend went and she again blew me out of the water and captured the love that share. I take my time to choose a photographer. I stalk them for a while before to see if their pictures tell a story. Shannon's photographs do exactly that. Working with Shannon was a dream come true. We had been wanting family photos done for years and never followed through on doing it until she was recommended by a close friend. I’m so glad we used her because the pictures came out beautiful. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had and explained every detail leading up to the photo shoot so we were prepared. If youre looking for an easy-going, professional photographer, Shannon is your girl. She went as far as helping me coordinate my family's wardrobe for the photos and took away any stress I might have had leading up to the picture day. She is quick to return galleries and the sneak peaks come within the same day of the photo shoot! The photos capture so much emotion and you have a hard time choosing which ones to print and display.
