I was surprised how much this helped but it really did. I am still a client but I wanted to leave this review because Kym has changed so much for me. She is the most caring person and she helps me see things in a way I didn't. I am so glad I found her. More...

Loosing one of your best furry friends is always going to be difficult. But, how much more when your friend is only 3.5 years old and physically been very healthy. I lost Bruno, my 150 pound Great Pyrenees on April 21st and was devastated. I thank God that I found Adrian to be a listening sympathetic ear that provided me encouragement and a listening ear when I needed it most. I highly recommend her if you are needing someone to talk to about the loss of your furry best friend. God bless you Adrian and your wonderful ministry. More...

I was able to talk about the deaths of my cousins and also a lot of other stuff that came up. She is really easy to talk to and I am so getting coached by her for past losses not just deaths. Wouldn't see anyone else!

I tried other counseling online when my service dog was hit by a car. There was such a disconnect between what they were saying and what I was feeling. With Kym I was able to really talk about my trauma and grief. thank you. I am so glad I am seeing you now. More...

The only grief help I found that really addressed the loss of my dog. It is so helpful to me and now has evolved into coaching other areas of my life.
I want to thank you for being an advocate for normalizing grief that's outside our societal comfort zone.
If you've lost a pet, Kym is the best coach you can find.

I’m incredibly grateful to have found Kym through this journey. She is intentional, compassionate, and caring. I feel heard and supported and she meets me where I’m at each meeting. 10/10 recommend.

One of the most caring experiences I have ever had, despite the pain that comes along with grieving. Nothing felt pressured to be talked about, and we went at a good pace. I would highly recommend them, and will continue to use them as I work my way through the loss of my mom. More...

I'm so grateful for the support and safe place to talk through the most painful experience of my life. Thank you for seeing me and seeing my pain and not looking away.

I am so grateful for this grief support. Kym understands as only one who has been there can do. For months I had worried about all the weird mind trips, absent memories and sudden panic episodes. I could no longer go out in public places or drive. There were so many ways to stumble and I felt like I was walking in the dark. I thought I might spend the rest of my life as a hermit. There are plenty of counselors and therapists with book knowledge, but Kym has something the others could not offer. She knows what the pain and torment are all about. She reminds me that this is a process and a journey and although I am forever changed, I know I am not alone or crazy. Thank you. More...

My son died unexpectedly at the age of 30. Kym has been, an continues to be, an immense help to me as I navigate my new reality of life without him. She encourages me to talk about my son, and responds with genuine interest and empathy.
Kym has allowed me to express my grief - in whatever way it shows up - without judgement. She has given me insight as to how the human brain processes grief and trauma; and she has given me permission to grieve in the way that is authentic to who I am, knowing that everyone's path is unique.
I met with two other professionals with "grief counseling" listed as one of their services. Kym was immensely more helpful to me than either of them. I highly recommend Adrian Grief Support for real support and understanding.
Kym, your heart is beautiful.

Kymberlee is warm, approachable, and very sincere. Her caring comes through in every interaction I have ever had with her. I find it amazing how many things came up in our sessions that I didn't know existed, but she is right. Grief brings old wounds out.
Her grief story makes her someone I can talk to about losing my daughter. Discussing the loss with someone who hasn't experienced it can be challenging.

Kym is like getting a warm hug over the internet. I couldn't have asked for a better coach.
I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing a big life change, even if it isn't grief. She really helps.

Q&As

I love providing the ears to hear and the heart to see people's grief journey, to walk alongside them as they learn to navigate life after loss.
My goal is to help, one small step at a time, to normalize grieving and bereavement.

I wish there weren't a need for my job. However, after experiencing devastating loss in my own life, I realized there is a severe shortage of help for the griever. Traditional therapy and counseling didn't work for me. I didn't want to have someone trying to fix me.
After the first few months, I felt more alone than ever as I struggled to adjust to a life where for everyone else things were normal.
They weren't normal for me.
Our culture is grief-avoidant and grief illiterate. I wanted to create a safe place where people could speak of suffering and experience grief without judgment or fear.
I want to be of service to those who are in a position that I was in not so long ago myself.

I am not a therapist. I am a professional coach, and my ENTIRE focus is on helping people recover from grief and loss, heal old trauma, and move toward finding a life where there is more peace than pain and more happiness than sorrow in memories.

I can provide services remotely via Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, etc.
