Risotto with wild mushrooms and parmesean cheese with a bone in brined pork chop topped with an herb butter.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have conversations about their favorite restaurants, meals, proteins, and how well they like their food seasoned. We talk about the experience they want to have for the evening.
What do you love most about your job?
I love creating memories around food for my clients. I love being able to bring the farm to table experience to my clinets so they can enjoy fresh, organic foods to their tables.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Seeing how the landscape of food has changed in our country. That we need to go back to relationships with the people that produce the foods for us.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
On my off time I limit my exposure to others by spending time at home. I wash my hands often, wear masks, get vitamin D and plenty of sleep.
