I started personal training with Scott in August 2020 and my results have been phenomenal! I've far surpassed the goals he set for me, simply because he cuts to the chase and is so methodical about planning progression out. I've done lots of personal training before as well, and usually get bored within 6 months but this is not the case at all. I was so unfit when I started, I wasn't in bad shape, but had no muscle tone and wanted to do aerial but needed to build strength. I've even surpassed where the aerial studio thought I could get to, thanks to Active Bodez! Scott is also extremely friendly and really cares about his clients. Active Bodez is not like most gyms. The trainers are amazing, push you to be better, and offer challenging outdoor classes, one on one training, as well as virtual options. This gym is more like a community and I look forward to socially distanced workouts with the other memebers. Scott and Alexius really do well to build a personal relationship with their members and actually care about getting you to reach your goals and potential. I have been a member of other big box, corporate gyms in the past, but I would never go back! I would recommend Active Bodez to anyone with any level of fitness. More...
