First we address the challenges and then set realistic goals to achieve them one session at a time.

There is no special secret, my thing is to respect my body, have a a balanced diet, indulge in my guilty pleasure but also exercise control.
A great teacher once told me "Always know when to stop". That goes for everything in our lives.

I love sharing my passion and knowledge with people. I love seeing my clients bodies transform. I love connecting with my clients on fitness level with deep respect for their bodies.

I felt like I had so much more to offer with my style of training and was ready to be in my own space, mentally and physically.

Clients should choose me if they are ready to push themselves and commit to changing their body over a course of time. It won't happen overnight but in three months with consistency, they will be amazed how strong and leaner they will become. I practice what I teach, because I have to feel to teach it.
