Personal Trainers

Alison is a true professional. She listened to my goals and limitations and heard me. The program she has designed is helping me to do things I haven’t been able to do for several years. I’m thrilled with her service and highly recommend her. More...

I had never worked out with a personal trainer before meeting Allison. I would say that I'm moderately active but have never been a competitive athlete. Allison is very professional and personable. She comes to every session on time (if not early), prepared with a plan customized for my fitness goals and abilities. She gives great feedback on my form and addresses all of my questions in a way that I understand. I appreciate that Allison is not a drill sergeant because I don't respond well to that. She is also not overly enthusiastic either. She strikes the perfect balance of relatable, approachable, and fun. More...

Services

Regardless of your fitness level or training background, I will meet you where you are currently to help you reach your fitness goals with fun, challenging workouts that will energize you and keep you wanting more.

Private yoga sessions targeted entirely for you and your yoga needs, whether that is power yoga, vinyasas flow, or slowing and relaxing to recovery from the day.

Before deep-diving into nutrition research, I was never able to reach my physique goals regardless of how hard I trained. After changing my own diet to a more Whole Foods, plant-focused diet, I noticed huge changes in my recovery, performance, and body composition. After receiving questions about my diet change from students, I decided to get my Master’s in Sports Nutrition. My goal is to help you incorporate more nutrition into your program to help you reach your goals faster and also improve overall health and wellness.
