José used to be great, on time, reliable and would do a great job. About 3 month ago I placed an order for 6 face masks and two hats. I called repeatedly to see if my order was done and he either forgot or my order was too small to be bothered with. However I paid him in full when I ordered it. Needless to say that after months I got the hats but no masks. I ordered two more hats because they look great.After numerous attempts he delivered two masks. He embroidered the masks which cause face irritation instead of screen printing like he said he would.6 months later he has not finished the masks or the additional hats.Maybe he's business has grown to more than he could handle.BTW, I have ordered from him for over 3 yrs. Jose and his staff do an outstanding job embroidering my polo work shirts. Their prices are very reasonable but it's the quality of the work that keeps me coming back. They have several large-scale machines that can handle any job no matter how large or small. They pretty much embroider everything from t-shirts, polos, baseball caps and bags and anything else you can think of.
