On Wednesday October 9, 2019, Tommy did a great job inspecting my future home where he identified rooms or things that needed to be addressed for repair by the seller before closing on the home.  He was very informative through the review of his findings and took time to provide me with direction on how to program the motor for the pool and the sprinkler system.  The pictures that he took were high resolution high quality clear pictures and the 129 page report was detailed, easy to read and extremely thorough.  Tommy was very knowledgeable and personable and coming from the Southeastern Florida area his customer service approach and skills were quite refreshing.  I have had home inspections conducted before by other organizations in other parts of the US and the work that was done by Tommy and AABCO was top notch and superior to what I have experienced in the past.
