A close friend of my father-in-law, in her upper 80s, recently had knee-replacement surgery and needed care at home for the first 7-10 days.  Two caregivers (one working days and the other nights) were arranged.  Both were most professional providing everything was assistance with bathing and toileting to helping with meal preparation.  They also helped her with exercises prescribed by the surgeon.  She was extremely pleased with the care and would definitely use AAA T.L.C. again if she needs in-home assistance. I have Parkinson's disease and any additional procedure I have completely wipes me out. This past month I had a pacemaker battery replaced and was temporarily paralyzed by the surgery. For many years I have relied on the compassionate professionals at AAA TLC HEALTH CARE for help in these situations and once more they took all the work out of the experience. I needed someone to care for my Husband who has Parkinsons & Alzheimers. After reading some poor reviews I was a bit concerned, but since AAA had provided great care for my Husband's mother and father for years I still wanted to give them a try. I could not be happier that I made this decision. Jody, the director came with her director of Nursing and sat with us to determine our specific needs. They were attentive and very comforting to my husband who was a bit anxious. They sent Angie over to take care of him for the afternoon while I was away. She was perfect!  She did everything that we asked of her, was sweet, attentive and made my Hubby feel very confident and relaxed in my absence.  Jody spoke with me by phone both before and after the visit to make sure we were happy. I will definitely continue to use AAA TLC as time goes by and we require more and more help. Sometimes there is more to the story than a few critical comments. Give these folks a chance. From the perspective of a customer, I give AAA TLC the highest rating because on several occasions they came through for me with highly qualified night-shift caregivers when my regular daytime agency could not. For example, one afternoon, on my own with my 94-year-old mother for the day and night, I suddenly realized I could not handle the situation overnight without help. I called AAA at 4:59pm. I later learned that they had contacted a qualified caregiver within ten minutes. She showed up right on time and did an outstanding job. I was extremely relieved and grateful. I will start off by saying that I am 100% satisfied with AAA TLC HEALTH CARE'S services! I have never been so amzed by how kind the staff is. I requested services from them for my grandfather who needed care after her hip surgery. Oh my god! I don"t even know where to start, I simply love AAA TLC HEALTH CARE so much and they have been such great help to my grandmother. I had never used any services for my grandmother but I was recommended to this company from a friend who also used their services. My grandmother recently had surgery and I was going out of town so I needed help with my grandmother. I simply needed someone to help her recover from her surgery and keep her company since I was going out of town and I thats exactly what I received when the caregiver from AAA TLC HEALTH CARE arrived. I was glad that the caregiver AAA T.L.C. sent us not only knew how to deal with my mom's dementia but also took great care of my mom's two small dogs. We were glad to hear that everyone in my mom's house was taken care of. I loved the fact that when we mentioned the dogs to Jody, we realized that she was an animal lover that had dogs herself. We've had our caregiver taking care of my grandpa for almost a year now and she hurt her back while transferring my grandpa from bed to wheelchair. We were so worried about her and her ability to work again. Thankfully aaa tlc was prepared to help us out. They took our troubles away and made sure she was given the right treatment for her back and made sure she had enough time to recover before returning to work.
