AAA Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

My wife had originally gone to see Lance Carlson at AAA Kitchen & Bath Remodel for a quote on a bath remodel about 2 years ago. Our bath was small and narrow and it definitely needed work.  After her meeting with Lance and getting his quote, which I thought was too high, the project was put on hold until I gave her the ok 2 years later to remodel the bathroom. She had 5 different contractors out, She and I were sure we could get the bathroom done the way we wanted it for much less than Lance's quote.  It took us 3 months of her making appointments with contractors, visiting showrooms, getting information on line; she obtained cheap quotes, medium quotes, high quotes and more quotes, quotes, quotes. We were overwhelmed, dizzy with ideas and images we could not put together.  We knew what we wanted but just were not being shown the materials that wowed us, nor did we meet the people we wanted to work with.  Finally out of frustration we took Lance's proposal out that we had in our bath remodel file and I told my wife to visit Lance again because after all the months of pricing materials and dealing with contractors, we both realized Lance's quote was right in the ball park. So my wife made an appointment with Lance and when she walked into his showroom she saw the tile and other materials we had been searching for. From that moment on, it just got better and better.  The ideas and materials Lance showed her exceeded the WOW meter. I joined my wife for the next appointment and was just as impressed and excited as she was after seeing the design Lance had come up with.  So after 2 years of waiting and 5 contractors later our wishes came true.  Not only is Lance a design genius, he is very easy to deal with and has a calm, pleasant, temperament.   Hopefully in May of this year we will begin work on our kitchen and cannot wait to see what gems Lance will come up with.  Our bathroom is stunning if I do say so myself.
