While we have not seen the photographs of our daughter yet, we are more than satisfied with Kim on her customer service.
Even though she is going through a tragedy with her hometown being struck by disaster, she still kept her commitment/ her appointments. She traveled several hours for the appointment. To me that shows that she went above and beyond for the customer. You earned our respect. If there is anything we can do for you, please let us know. From one photographer to another. You Rock!!!!

This is my second sitting with her.The first was at the beach at sunrise. ...loved these....but I can't tell you how awesome it was when she came to my house and we did underwater mermaid....WOW!!!!
