I started working with Tony at the gym as my trainer. At the age of 51, I decided to tick another item off my bucket list, by running a marathon. Tony set up a group training team, and put together a schedule. 4 months later, I competed in and finished the 26.2 mile race. Longest distance I ran prior to the training was a 10k. He's out there hosting runs every Saturday and Sunday without fail, with bonus workouts mid-week. He also offers personal training and coaching in addition to his groups.
