What’s your signature dish?
Seafood is our life down here. I love preparing these delicate treats from our to perfection.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
After a brief phone call or even text or email. We will email you a list of our most common dishes. I will need to know about any dietary restrictions or allergies. I am very flexible on what all I can cook. If you want something that you don’t see on our list feel free to ask and I’m sure we can accommodate it.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the service part of the service industry. We will go above and beyond to make you happy which in turn makes us happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been either a chef or a sous chef in the restaurant industry for the last 20 years. I enjoy cooking but I never got to Enjoy the company of our patrons. By becoming and starting my own business as a personal chef I am able to be on the service side rather than just the backside.
Why should our clients choose you?
We deliver what is promised. We follow through make sure that all of our clients are happy at the end of each night! Also by choosing us you’re helping true local business located in the Keys, Where it is getting more and more difficult to be able to live and operate down here.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
My team and I are all vaccinated. We are super super clean in the kitchen. Will be happy to wear mask if wanted
A Dinner in Paradsei
After coming up with a custom tailored menu of your choice. Myself and a server will arrive at the home 1 to 2 hours prior to appetizer starting. We usually do 2 to 3 past appetizers. Then will have the table set and a salad ready. The entrée and dessert will also be plated. We will then leave the kitchen spotless!
Cook Your Catch
Down here in the Florida Keys the seafood and fishing are phenomenal. After you’ve had A long day out on the water fishing, Please allow me the opportunity to cook this beautiful fish to perfection. We are for many different preparation styles, sauces, and sides. Even if we didn’t have any luck fishing, just shoot me a text and I could pick up some fresh seafood from our fisheries and prepare it and the comfort of your place.
