Shane is awesome. Even though I have year of experience in the health and wellness industry, I've trained athletes and currently workout several days a week I often work with Shane to correct my technique, learn new ways to test myself and get over bumps or plateaus. Shane is very helpful. He demonstrates each exercise to make sure proper form is followed and then monitors you during the exercise to make sure you can repeat the demonstration. Shane’s knowledge of fitness and nutrition has helped me reach my goal. My goal was to reach 120lbs. My start weight was 150 and in less than one year I was down to 117 pounds. My work outs are intense and I love them. Shane pushes me to do things to the best of my ability but at the same time he makes the workouts fun. Most of all, he takes the time to teach me valuable things. Shane takes the time to show me the workouts, explains what they do to the body and the importance of having the right posture. We also talk about nutrition and the importance of eating clean. I always thought that having a trainer was a waste of time but I have to say, that is not true it is the best thing I have invested in. Even now that I have reached my goal, I will continue to train to get that rock hard body that I always dreamed of having. More...
