Can’t say that I have been overly impressed with the remodel and work done to the house given the price we paid. The Viking appliances that were installed are over 10 years old and the oven circuit boards don’t work properly so the oven only works on broil and convection bake, and it also isn’t vented properly and just venting to who knows where, same with the vent over the range. As far as the master bedroom and bathroom are concerned the flooring is cheap laminate and not properly glued to the floor. The shower drain doesn’t drain properly because the drain has GROUT on it where it should be draining and now stopped up. The bathtub leaks because the overflow on the tub wasn’t done properly. Our gutters were supposed to be painted from damage prior to close but that hasn’t been done yet either. If you are thinking of using 5A I would reconsider. They ask a premium price and do cheap work and don’t check the quality of the work either. Wouldn’t recommend More...
