The two people were on time, courteous and efficient. The dinner was absolutely delicious and cooked beautifully. The filet mignon was fork tender and cooked just like we ordered. very impressive. 53 catering is the best caterer in the state! I have tried them all and I can tell you 53 catering is by far the best tasting and the best to work with. You get real, quality food not just “Instagram food” but if you are into that kind of thing their food also looks good enough to post on social media. Just ask my wife she does it all the time. Our restaurants Marleys Sliders and La Jolla Groves can be brought to you. We also can do custom menus
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Our event Coordinator will talk with you to find your different needs. She will then recommend menus and options from the different styles of events and menus we serve. We do offer tastings as well for those interested.
What do you love most about your job?
We get to serve some of the best and brightest of Utah! Traveling the state serving you is a blast!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I studied culinary arts and worked at a dozen different restaurants. When I came back to Utah I saw the need for high quality food being catered at a fair price and that's how 53 Catering was born

Allow our team to serve your guests on a served banquet. Our team will place the food on your guests plates as they walk through the line. This is a step above a self serve banquet.
Plated Dinner
Bring fine dining to your event. We will bring a team of servers and chefs for a serve plate dinner for your guests. This is sure to impress and is our premium option
Private Chef
Perfect for a more intimate group. Allow our trained and experienced chefs to come to you and provide a unique experience for your guests.

We have highly trained and experienced service staff that can provide you with extra hands and help at your event.
Food Trucks
We offer two of the coolest food trucks in town. Our Marleys Gourmet Sliders Airstream trailer and our Restored 1969 Vintage wood fired pizza truck. Both are great for a party and will delight your guests
