Tomohawk steaks, brisket, pizza, steak, chicken, pork & shrimp tacos, chicken and waffles jalapeño poppers,
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We evaluate what the clients needs are, determine their budget to select the types of grade of meats and or dishes.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to create unique tastes in quality food to service my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passionate about freedom and cooking. I’ve been self employed once I left my the Army
( aviation) career. I am a passionate & creative person so this has been my desire to be self employed for the last 20 years .
