Aerial drone videography captures the property and surrounding neighborhood from a bird's eye view. Proximity to amenities, natural beauty, and the lay of the land is on full display as the entire plot is captured. This is especially important when dealing with large swaths of land that may be difficult to capture using traditional photo and video techniques.

Certain areas are restricted by the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) and cannot be flown in, please have an address or coordinates ready so we can evaluate the ability to fly drones in the area. Exterior aerial only, not flown inside the interior of the property.

This gives people a fast and easy way to experience properties online before they visit in person. This data will be visible to anyone on Google Maps. This means it’s not for private residences or other types of private properties - just businesses!

Each Google Street View tour must be hosted via a Google account. If you are comfortable sharing your account information with a member of our team, we can upload directly to your account.

Otherwise, we will upload directly to our 360 Video Photo Google account. The only difference is that when people view your tour online the name of the account is displayed in the upper left-hand corner.
